Meital Werner, LL.M.

Meital Werner is leading the Israel-Desk of HEUSSEN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
She is a certified lawyer in Israel („Orech Din“) since 2002 and member of the Israel Bar Association.

Mrs. Meital Werner consults together with her colleagues at Heussen in all legal matters of German-Israeli business and commercial relations. She accompanies Israeli investors and companies during their entry into the German market, with focus on real estate, renewable energies, biotechnology, IT&telecommunication, import-export, entrepreneur start-ups and taxation. To the same extent she supports German firms in legal aspects of the Israeli law as well as in the development of business relations with Israeli companies or the entry into the Israeli market and connects with the relevant law firms and enterprises in Israel.

In addition to her Israeli law degree (LL.B.), Mrs. Werner holds a Master of Intellectual Property Law (LL.M. IP) from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center/Max Planck Institute (MIPLC).

She is member of the Munich Bar Association since 2011 and member of the German Israeli Lawyer’s Association (DIJV).

Mrs. Werner is fluent in Hebrew, German and English.
