Dr. Reiner Ponschab

Dr. Ponschab is one of the co-founders of the Firm's Munich office. He mainly works in litigation. He has for many years now also been involved in alternative dispute resolution and is considered to be one of the pioneers of commercial mediation in Germany. He is the Chairman of the Committee for Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution of the Deutsche Anwaltverein (DAV) (German Lawyers' Association) and President of the Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsmediation und Konfliktmanagement e.V. (Association for Commercial Mediation and Dispute Management).
