Dr. Ulrich Keunecke, Dipl. pol.

Dr. Keunecke workes in the fields of company, commercial and capital markets law. He has in-depth experience in the law governing stock corporations (AGs), private limited liability companies (GmbHs) and limited partnerships (KGs) including the regulatory law as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Having worked at a mid-cap venture captial corporation as an in-house lawyer and later as an executive board member he joined Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2002 (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Veltins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH) and has since then worked at our Berlin office.

Dr. Keunecke is a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für die Vereinten Nationen e.V. (German Association for the United Nations) and of the Gesellschaftsrechtlichen Vereinigung - Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht (VGR) e.V. (Corporate Law Association - Scientific Association for Business and Corporate Law).
