HEUSSEN Frankfurt office takes over SNP office

The HEUSSEN Frankfurt office will start invigorated into the new year 2011.
The SNP Schlawien Naab Partnership, consisting of ten lawyers, will join the HEUSSEN office, situated at the Platz der Einheit, as a whole in the coming weeks.

Especially the SNP partners Norbert Pahl and Wolfgang E. Trautner are an ideal reinforcement for the corporate and public procurement law practice groups. The experienced banking law specialist, notary and name-giving partner of SNP, Michael Naab, will also joint the HEUSSEN team.

53 year old Norbert Pahl and Michael Naab advise and represent banks and financial service providers in all legal aspects. Among their clients is the Sparda-Bank Hessen.

Wolfgang Trautner’s procurement law team has an excellent reputation not only in the Rhein-Main area. Trautner is experienced in consultancy projects for local authorities and counties as well as complex placing of building contracts.

52-year-old Trautner assisted in projects such as the new construction of the soccer stadium in Mainz; at present, he oversees the award procedure for the new stadium of the Offenbacher Kickers. Procurement law, especially for public enterprises, is one of HEUSSEN’s core areas. Only last September could the law firm win over former Sibeth partner and expert in this area, Dr. Norbert Huber, who joined the Munich office.

“2011 will be a year of growth and consolidation” says Dr. Christof Schmidt, current co-business manager at HEUSSEN. Together with Christoph Hamm, his successor in the management of the firm (a change in management takes place every two years), he played a significant role in the expansion of the Frankfurt and Stuttgart offices. Until the end of the year, two partners of Kleiner Rechtsanwälte will joint the Stuttgart office.
