- Comprehensive legal advice to real estate investors (fund companies, insurance companies, investment banks, etc.) in real estate transactions, i.e. the acquisition or sale of numerous shopping centres, smaller specialist markets, residential property portfolios, office buildings, logistics properties and hotels in Germany. The respective project volume managed in recent years has ranged from approx. 1 million euros to up to 4 billion euros per project.
- Ongoing legal representation of two major German insurance companies in all rental and construction law matters.
- Ongoing legal representation of a German federal state in numerous architectural law matters.
- Comprehensive legal support of project developments (office buildings, shopping centres, residential projects, hospitals, power plant buildings, sports facilities and stadium buildings). The volume of projects handled in recent years has ranged from approx. 10 million euros to up to 350 million euros per project.
