Lawyer, Notary and Swedish Legal Advocate
Karl Woschnagg works as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and notary public (Notar) in the Frankfurt office and is admitted as a lawyer (advokat) in Sweden.
Karl Woschnagg mainly advises German and international clients in all areas of corporate law, including M&A and restructuring, as well as real estate law, in particular project developments and transactions, including due diligence. He has decades of experience in advising on both the contractor and client side on large-scale construction projects (shopping centre, office complex, municipal administration building, concert hall, underground car parks) from the planning phase to contract negotiations and supplementary management.
