Working from our Stuttgart law office, Mr. Mark Münch LL.M (University of London) focuses on information technology law, software-copyright, data protection and public procurement law.
Mr. Münch represents clients from all areas of the IT and telecommunication sector but also e-commerce dealers. In that field of consulting he drafts and develops mainly the respective contract indispensable for this kind of transactions. Mr. Münch also does litigation for his clients in order to enforce their rights before court.
