Ms. Turner has been a senior lawyer at the Frankfurt office of our law firm since January 2011. Her primary practice area is private construction law and architectural law, but also in public procurement law.

She advises cities and districts, in the greater Frankfurt area and beyond, in the areas of awarding of public contracts as well as in court and out of court disputes in the area of private construction law and architectural and engineering law. A special area of emphasis is the assisting of contracting authorities in the contract awarding process for freelance services.  Moreover, she develops and reviews all types of contracts having to do with construction.  Ms. Turner has been a certified specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law since 2006. She is also trained as an arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Rules for Disputes in the Construction Industry (Schlichtungs- und Schiedsordnung für Baustreitigkeiten (SOBau)).
