Carsten Brutschke is a lawyer and notary based in Berlin. Since June 2025, he has been a partner at HEUSSEN.
He has many years of experience advising domestic and international investors on the acquisition and development of real estate, as well as on the acquisition and formation of companies. His clients also include closed-end real estate funds, whom he advises on corporate law matters as well as the management and disposal of fund-owned properties.
Further areas of expertise include advising on the structuring and negotiation of asset, property, and facility management agreements, consulting in the field of commercial tenancy law, and representing clients in litigation.
