Ms. Claudine Gemeiner is a certified specialist in employment law. She is a partner at HEUSSEN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and works in the firm's Munich office. She began her legal career in 1998 at the Spanish law firm Frühbeck Abogados y Economistas in Madrid and has been a member of the German-Spanish Lawyers’ Association ever since. After returning to Germany in 2000, she joined the Munich office of the law firm Heuking, Kühn, Lüer, Heussen & Wojtek (later PricewaterhouseCoopers Veltins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, now HEUSSEN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH).
Since her admission to the bar, Ms. Gemeiner has specialized in advising on employment law and Spanish law. Her practice focuses particularly on advising companies on employment law issues in the context of restructurings and business acquisitions or sales. In the context of intra-group employee transfers, she is especially experienced in obtaining the necessary work and residence permits.
With regard to Spanish law, her main areas of practice include the formation and support of commercial companies as well as commercial, real estate, and inheritance law.
