Dr. Frank-Grischa Feitsch works from the Berlin and Munich offices of our law firm and specialises in consulting and representative services bridging the fields of inheritance, corporate, foundation and tax law.
His work focuses on interdisciplinary succession planning, the conception of testamentary dispositions and the implementation of measures of anticipated succession based on the respective planning and the conception of tailor-made company and gift agreements aligned to the respective planning. Furthermore, Dr. Feitsch advises and represents clients in inheritance and shareholder disputes both in and out of court, entrepreneurs in their ongoing corporate law matters, founders in the establishment of foundations and charitable as well as private foundations. Frequent subjects of his mandates are the establishment of commercial and asset managing family companies, the particularities of inheritance contracts and wills based on former family trusts (Fideikommiss) as well as the transfer of companies into so-called responsible ownership (Verantwortungseigentum).
Dr. Feitsch's regular clients include family, digital and real estate entrepreneurs, owners of old family estates, wealthy private individuals, family foundations and charitable foundations.

- Vice-Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Federal Association of the Bundesverband Mittelständische Wirtschaft Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e.V. (BVMW) and
- Member of the Legal Commission and of the Expert Group on Corporate Succession of the BVMW.
