Attorney activity
Karl Woschnagg mainly advises German and international clients in all areas of corporate law, including M&A and restructuring, as well as real estate law, in particular project developments and transactions, including due diligence. He has decades of experience in advising on both the contractor and client side on large-scale construction projects (shopping centre, office complex, municipal administration building, concert hall, underground car parks) from the planning phase to contract negotiations and supplementary management.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, he was for many years a member of the board of the Swedish Bar Association (Sveriges advokatsamfund) in Stockholm and is an examiner ("censor") for the Swedish bar exam ("Advokatexamen").
