Philip Herbst is a partner in the Employment Law practice group at the firm’s Munich office.
He advises nationally and internationally active companies from various industries, public sector institutions, and church organizations on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. A key focus of his work is advising on restructurings and transactions, both in terms of strategic planning and in negotiations with works councils, as well as representing clients in complex labor court disputes.
Philip Herbst has many years of experience in individual and collective public sector employment law as well as in church employment law.
