Carsten Richter has been working as a lawyer in our Munich office since January 2011. He is a member of the Real Estate & Construction Law Practice Group.
Mr. Richter regularly advises national and international clients on real estate business law. His main focus lies in transaction advisory services for the acquisition and disposal of properties across all asset classes. He also provides comprehensive support in all matters of commercial tenancy law, including the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and amendments for office, retail, and hotel properties. A particular area of expertise is advising on legal aspects of real estate project developments.
