Christoph Hamm is a Partner in the Real Estate & Construction Law Practice Group in our Munich office. He’s also the Managing Director of our law firm.
In his work, he primarily focuses on legal issues surrounding real estate transactions (specifically, the creation of data rooms, implementation of due diligence and contract drafting/negotiations) as well as real estate commercial law (specifically, land contracts, law of agency and tenancy law) and commercial landlord-tenant law. Plus, Mr. Hamm is a seasoned litigation expert.
Large and mid-sized real estate companies in particular stand to win from Mr. Hamm`s professional and comprehensive legal consultancy. His clients include insurance companies, bank subsidiaries and affiliates as well as family offices, all of whom he regularly advises on the legal aspects of major real estate projects and portfolio Management.
Christoph Hamm furthermore lectures at the University of Münster. He also serves on the supervisory board of renowned German life insurance company Lebensversicherung von 1871 a.G. München.
