Florens Girardet has been working at our Berlin office since April 2025. He studied in Bonn, Lausanne, Hamburg, Cape Town (South Africa), and Berlin.
He advises national and international clients, particularly in connection with transactions across all asset classes ranging from retail and office properties to logistics assets and development projects. In addition to transaction-related advice, he supports his clients in all other real estate law matters, including ongoing legal asset management, such as public and private construction law as well as tenancy law.
In 2003, following his legal training, Florens Girardet co-founded a boutique law firm specializing in real estate law with two colleagues. In 2010, he integrated his practice into an international business law firm, where he remained for another eight years before joining one of the Big Four in May 2019. There, he headed real estate law in Germany and played a key role in shaping the firm’s real estate legal practice. He joined HEUSSEN on April 1, 2025.
