Franziska Amtstätter is a lawyer at our Munich and Berlin offices. She specialises in advising on real estate law and completed her Master of Arts in Business with specialisation in Real Estate at EBS Business School in 2023.
Her practice focuses on advising funds and capital management companies on real estate acquisitions and disposals, in particular on forward deals in the project development sector. Her transaction experience covers residential and commercial properties, shopping centres, assisted living facilities and nursing homes, clinics, and hotels. Franziska Amtstätter also advises companies, family offices, non-profit organisations, and the public sector comprehensively on commercial and residential tenancy law, heritable building rights law, and land law, both in contract drafting and negotiation as well as in court proceedings.
In addition, she supports clients in the area of sustainability (ESG), assisting with the structuring and reporting obligations under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation, as well as with drafting green lease agreements and achieving certifications such as DGNB, BREEAM, and WELL. Her broad expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to our team.
