Attorney-at-Law Juliana Fuhst joined the Real Estate & Construction Law Team at HEUSSEN in 2019. Prior to that, she worked for another major law firm in Germany. She specializes in private construction law, architectural law, engineers’ rights as well as associated insolvency laws known as construction insolvency laws.
Ever since being admitted to the bar in 2013, Juliana Fuhst has focused on advising public as well as private contract awarding clients in matters such as contract drafts, construction law issues during and after the completion of construction projects; whether it’s amendments, interruptions in the construction process, contractor insolvency, construction defects, claims for damages or payment issues.
From October 2015 to April 2016, Juliana Fuhst represented a municipal housing developer during a secondment in these areas. She has furthermore authored educational material for business law classes (construction/real estate law) established at Biberach University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Biberach) in 2018. In addition, Juliana Fuhst regularly publishes specialised articles on www.ibr-online.de and www.juris.de.
