Dr. Nicole Wolf
Counsel
Dr. Nicole Wolf advises brokerage firms as well as private and commercial brokerage clients, particularly in matters relating to contract drafting, out-of-court negotiations, and the enforcement or defense of commission claims including litigation concerning brokerage fee disputes.
In addition, she advises both landlords and tenants on commercial lease law, providing guidance on contract drafting as well as during lease or amendment negotiations and their finalization.
Dr. Nicole Wolf possesses special expertise in mediation. She was trained and certified as a Business Mediator (CVM) by the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection.
As part of her lecturing activities, Dr. Nicole Wolf also contributes to professional training programs, including those organized by the Bavarian Chamber of Architects and EL§SA – The European Law Students’ Association Munich.
