Wolfgang Junghenn has been working in the Munich office of our law firm since January 2019. He’s a member of our Practice Group Real Estate & Construction Law. Ever since launching his career in 1998, he has focused on private building law and architectural law.
Mr. Junghenn specializes in advisory services for contracting parties and contractors in every aspect of private building law. He advises and represents public and private contracting parties, mid-sized businesses, architects and engineers both in and out of court. Owing to his considerable forensic background, Wolfgang Junghenn has vast experience in litigation. He’s a mediator and arbitrator in accordance with SOBau, the Arbitration and Conciliation Rules for Disputes in the Construction Industry of the Working Group for Construction & Architectural Law of the German Bar Association (ARGE Baurecht). He’s also a mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator in accordance with the SL-Bau Rules of the German Concrete and Construction Technology Association (DBV) and the German Society for Construction Law.
Mr. Junghenn is a specialist attorney for construction and architectural law. He furthermore teaches construction contract law as a lecturer at various faculties of the Munich University of Applied Sciences (FH).
