Clemens Richter works in the Munich office of our law firm. After studying in Augsburg and Munich, he began his career at a long-established Munich boutique law firm specializing in commercial civil law, where he was a partner for many years. There, he played a leading role in setting up a unit specializing in the defense of claims in capital markets cases as well as supported and further expanded the Private Clients practice area. His clients include companies and entrepreneurs as well as high net worth individuals.

Clemens Richter has gained experience in the fields of corporate law, private clients / family offices, real estate and corporate transactions for many years. He advises and assists his clients in a wide range of legal issues and in various transactions on both the seller and buyer side, assists in capital rounds and conducts negotiations with VC and PE funds.

Clemens Richter also assists and advises his clients in litigation, in particular in the defense of claims, the enforcement of claims, but also in disputes with a corporate law impact.
