Dr. Jan Dittmann has been working at the Munich office of our law firm since 2001. During his law studies, which took him to Munich, Milan, Rome and Berkeley, Dr. Dittmann was hired as a procurator by a company that specialized in construction consulting and project development.  

Ever since his bar admission, he has primarily acted in an advisory capacity in real estate law, construction law as well as renewable energy laws. In addition to legal advice on real estate transactions and real estate project developments, his services furthermore include legal advice in all matters related to construction law as well as court representation in litigation matters.  

His client list reflects one of the focal points of Dr. Dittmann’s law practice, namely the specific legal challenges faced by family offices and real estate funds.
