Mr. Schubert works at the Firm's Stuttgart office in company law including company acquisitions and associated due diligences, contract drafting, contract negotiations and the setting up of companies. Mr. Schubert has provided legal advice on numerous corporate reorganizations of international groups of companies pursuant to the German Reorganization Act (Umwandlungsgesetz). He has many years of forensic experience.
