Certified specialist lawyer for Construction & Architectural Law

For more than 15 years, Roland Kahabka has maintained a successful track record of representing his clients by focusing exclusively on construction law, architectural law, turn-key agreement law and real estate law.

In 2005, he became one of the first certified specialist lawyer in the Stuttgart chamber district. Since 2006, he has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee I for construction and architectural law. Mr. Kahabka furthermore trains junior lawyers in civil procedure law, drawing on his many years of experience as a litigation attorney.

Among others, his legal work comprises both national and international representation services (including cross-border cases) in legal matters concerning large-scale plant construction (for example, flue gas cleaning and desulphurization systems), road construction and structural engineering projects. Last but not least, he offers legal advice for international real estate funds.
